The Miller Test are quickly gaining notoriety for their outlaw art rock and strong pop sensibility.
Their distinct blend of noise electronica, post-rock funk guitars, gospel harmonies and some of the loudest beats in London makes a perfect foil for songwriting that combines soulful Americana, English irony and a moody rebel lyricism.
“Terrifying but at the same time utterly beguiling” according to Other Side Reviews, which sounds about right.
The band’s first album, This Funk Is Political, was released in 2020, and their second, Dead Blue, in 2021.
Their new album Double Country is out now.
